How high are the shipping costs?
We ship our products worldwide - shipping is free of charge for you. :)
Our team is very fast, which is why the delivery time for products in stock* is usually only a few working days.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation, as well as another email with the tracking number that you can use to track your package online. To ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely to your home, our products are shipped by different shipping providers, depending on where you live. With some shipping providers (DHL and the Austrian Post), shipping is already climate-neutral without any additional costs for you.
*For products that are not in stock, you will find the delivery period on the respective product page or in the order confirmation. If you want to order several models with different delivery times, you can select a free partial shipment in the order process.
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time of our models can be found on the right side of each product listing, next to the product photos. For models in stock, you can expect a few working days until your model is delivered. If your model is not in stock due to high demand, you can pre-order it and we will send it according to the stated delivery time.
If your order contains several products with different delivery times, you can choose between the following options during the ordering process:
By the way: our gift cards will reach you via email within a few hours after purchase. They are an original gift idea when you need a quick gift! :) If you have already placed an order, you can check the status of your order here.
You will also receive an email confirmation with all information and a link to track your model until delivery. Every package from us is insured and, with some shipping companies, CO2-neutral.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station or P.O. Box?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to ship to APO, FPO or P.O. boxes. But we are happy to send orders to Germany to DHL packing stations.
Please be sure to enter the following data as the delivery address when placing your order:
- Name
- Company field: Postal number
- Street field: Packing station number
- Postcode + City
- Germany
Do you offer express shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping. However, our shipping team works very fast and will process your order within a few working days.
The estimated delivery time for each model can be found on the respective product page. As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you about the shipment. :)
Why is my model not available immediately?
It is our greatest goal to offer our customers the widest possible variety. That's why all models are only produced in small production series and are therefore out of stock from time to time.
To make sure you are on the waiting list and receive your model in the next production series, is necessary to pre-order the desired model. When you place your order, the amount will normally be deducted immediately, depending on the selected payment method.
As soon as your ordered model is back in stock, we will of course send it to you immediately. We want to keep your waiting time as brief as possible and will also send you the shipment tracking via email after dispatch so that you can track your model until delivery.
