View Return/Claim Status

Here you can check if your Return/Claim has arrived at our Vienna headquarters yet.
To do this, enter the tracking number from the delivery company.

Our Returns team has already registered the arrival of your package and you should receive a confirmation email once we begin processing it.

Our Returns team hasn’t registered your package at our Vienna headquarters yet. You should be able to check the status of your package with the respective delivery company you shipped it with.
If you used our prepaid DHL return label, please note that these packages will be forwarded from DHL’s distribution center in Aschheim to our address in Vienna.
