At the time of Harriet Chalmers Adams, the National Geographic Society hadn’t taken on any women as fully-fledged members. In response, in 1925 Adams founded the “Society of Woman Geographers” and for a long time remained the society’s chairperson.

Our model Harriet is equipped with a case made from stainless steel in rose gold, solid wenge and dark walnut. The slim wristband of this timepiece is made from genuine brown leather.

Our Metal-Core technology has been especially developed in order to make our watch constructions with natural materials even more durable. With timepieces that have this special type of construction, the clockwork is encased in an airtight metal jacket that guarantees a waterproofness of up to 5ATM.
