Your satisfaction is our top priority
We want you to feel completely at ease with your Holzkern products. That's why we give you a 24-month warranty - just in case! If your model is defective during this time, you can simply send it to us and we will be happy to take care of the problem. If the damage was caused by normal use, we will of course repair it free of charge, but please note that damage caused by improper use or self-inflicted defects is not covered by the warranty.
For us to be able to quickly find a solution to your problem, we kindly ask you to fill out the Service form as accurately as possible. Of course, we are also here to help you with any other questions or problems.
Terms
The guarantee is only granted to consumers, not to companies, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
The period for calculating the warranty period of 24 months begins with the invoice date. Our guarantee applies worldwide. If defects occur in our products during this period, we will provide you with one of the following services of our choice under the warranty:
- free repair of the goods or
- free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article (if necessary also a successor model if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by:
- misuse or improper handling of the goods, in particular breakage and glass damage resulting therefrom. Please note: All our products are made from natural materials, which is why they do not have the same resistance as models made completely of metal. We would like to point out that wood, for example, can break if the bracelet or case is subjected to excessive strain and that appropriate care must be taken when wearing it. In addition, breakages caused by attaching watch straps from third-party manufacturers are also not covered by the warranty.
- environmental influences (humidity, extreme cold or heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), in particular damage caused by moisture, water and alcohol (perfume)
- non-observance of any safety precautions
- non-observance of the manual instructions
- use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall)
- unauthorized repair attempts
Color and wood changes to the goods (patina, color, structural changes) and leather straps are excluded from the warranty.
In order to make a claim under the warranty, you must enable us to examine the warranty claim by sending in the goods. Please ensure that the goods are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.
To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. We ask for your understanding that we may refuse to provide warranty service if you do not enclose this copy of the invoice, as sending the copy of the invoice serves to calculate the warranty period.
If the warranty claim is justified, we will provide the warranty service within 30 days of the goods being sent to us.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending and returning the product under warranty - provided you contact us using the service form or another contact option.
Our customer support will check the defect and, if a return is necessary, will provide you with a free shipping label. Please do not send in any products without being asked and at your own expense, as we will not reimburse these costs and cannot investigate if the product gets lost.However, you bear the risk of deterioration or loss during transportation of the goods sent in or returned to you by us as part of the warranty.
Note:
Your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore contact us under the statutory warranty in any case, regardless of whether there is a warranty claim or the warranty is invoked.
