Step 2: Check your documents
Our recruiting team carefully checks your documents and forwards them to the responsible team leader or store manager.
As several people are involved in filling a position, it takes time to process your documents. But don't worry, you can expect a reply from us within 14 days. It doesn't matter whether we decide to invite you or other people: You will receive a message from us telling you how or whether your application process will continue.
Step 3: Getting to know each other
If we are impressed by your application documents, we will invite you to an interview. This takes place either in person, directly at one of our locations or in the form of a video call.
We get to know each other better, discuss the position and clarify any potential questions.
Step 4: Your decision for us
Take some time to think about it! Does the position and its tasks meet your requirements? Do you share our company values?
Let us know your decision via email.
Step 5: Our decision for you
Once you have convinced us, we will get back to you as soon as possible with an offer.
Of course we will also get back to you if it didn't work out this time. Because we want to offer you an honest application process and because we value your time.
