This complex was designed to simulate the human eye by mirroring the visual wonders the visitors experience. It is a symbol of the avant-garde "City of Arts and Science".

This timepiece is named after Chicago’s Lincoln Park, an oasis-like space which offers relaxation and plenty of adventures on the shores of Lake Michigan.
