Description
The name Denali, meaning "The High one" comes from the Koyukon people of the Alaskan Athabaskans settled just north of this legendary mountain. Denali's summit elevation is 6,190 meters (20,310 feet) above sea level—the third highest in the world—and with a vertical rise 5,500 meters (18,000 feet) from base to summit, Denali is actually the tallest land-based mountain on Earth.
Made of fine walnut wood and snowy white marble, this model was inspired by the one of the planet's most magnificent mountains.
