Undeservedly unknown - we bring Monel into the limelight! The nickel-copper alloy effortlessly defies salty sea air, extreme weather conditions and the unyielding ravages of time. In our sunglasses, monel metal not only ensures impressive robustness and lightness, but also gives every design a warm, elegant shine that clearly stands out from conventional stainless steel.

Elegant & durable. The distinctive grain and the diverse range of colours from chocolate brown to almost black brown make this type of wood one of our favourites for the production of watches, jewellery, sunglasses and handbags. Walnut wood also impresses with its high density and the associated stability, which promises your piece of nature a long life!

An additional feature that adds even more quality to our sunglasses is the polarised TAC lenses. TAC is short for “Triacetate Cellulose” and it describes an incredibly lightweight and robust material that can be used on the lenses as well as the frame. It is composed of 7 layers and its production is particularly compley, because the original material consists mainly of cotton or beech tree wood.
